Ingredients

1 banana

1 cup milk (any kind that you prefer, use whole organic milk if you can digest it)

1 teaspoon Ashwagandha powder (5 grams)

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

1/2 cup of nuts or seeds
-
A dash of honey (only if you need it for sweetening your drink)
Directions
Place the following ingredients into a blender and blend all these ingredients together until smooth.
